400 grams of spaghetti
350 grams of fresh sardines
1 small onion
3 cloves garlic
Parsley
½ cup white wine
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Open, clean the innards, washed and filleted the sardines by removing the bone and head. This is fairly easy and you can use your bare hands without any instrument.
Mince the onion and cook it with the white wine and 1 tablespoon of olive oil for about 20 minutes to make it more digestible.
In a saucepan, saute ‘s minced garlic with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and when it begins to brown, add the fillets of sardines with onion and cook for 5 minutes, stirring well.
Add the chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
In Meanwhile in a saucepan with salted water cook the spaghetti, drain and add to the sauce warm.
